Drainage repair and downspout installation in Fern Creek, KY

Our customer in the Glenmary area of Fern Creek reached out about issues from her downspout and the drainage behind her home. We extended the downspouts off the back of the house to carry the water further away from the structure and reduce the erosion of the lawn. Once the new drain lines were re-buried, we hand seeded the area before power seeding the back yard.

Directing water away from your home’s foundation is critical to prevent structural damage, basement flooding, and other costly repairs. We will return in the fall to power seed the areas where the new drain lines were buried and the rest of the backyard to ensure proper germination and build density.
