Your lawn care shouldn't stop at the end of the summer. Fall and winter are critical times for your lawn's overall health and root development.

At WLS, we believe every home deserves to shine and the landscape is an integral part of showcasing your home's natural beauty. Recently, we worked on a property for our long-time customer in Highview, KY where the front shrubs and trees had become overgrown and were hiding the home’s features. The challenge for this particular property included overgrown shrubs blocking walkways and windows, extra foliage crowding the foundation beds, and a general need for reshaping and refreshing the landscape.

Our customer in the Highview area called to get the shrubs around their home trimmed. We trimmed and shaped the hedges in the front of the house below the window sill which maximized the amount of natural sunlight being let into the home. This is especially important during the cooler weather to allow maximum airflow when the windows are open and naturally provide heat to the home's interior.
