Your lawn care shouldn't stop at the end of the summer. Fall and winter are critical times for your lawn's overall health and root development.

Our full season program to  includes everything your lawn needs from pre-emergent before spring through winter fertilization. Here are the top reasons why you need to be on a program that includes fall and winter fertilization:

  1. Strengthen roots before winter with the nutrients your lawn needs to support root development before the ground freezes.
  2. The heat, drought, and foot traffic in the lawn through the summer puts a lot of stress on your lawn. Fall and winter applications help repair your lawn from this stress.
  3. Dormancy doesn't mean your lawn is dead; fall and winter applications give your grass plants food for the winter.
  4. Fall fertilizer is a major component to spring growth and curb appeal.
  5. If you're seeding, fall fertilizer helps support the root development of the new grass plants.

Our customer in the Goose Creek area off of Westport Rd reached out to remodel her back yard area. She had a large area in her back yard where she wanted to install sod. Sod is a great solution for someone looking to have immediate grass coverage in their lawn. Sod is simply grass that has been grown, cut into strips, and rolled up. When we install sod, we can cut the roll into the exact area to fit the desired space - like our customer’s lawn area that was surrounded by gravel walkways and small planter gardens.

Our customer in the Glenmary area of Fern Creek reached out about issues from her downspout and the drainage behind her home. We extended the downspouts off the back of the house to carry the water further away from the structure and reduce the erosion of the lawn. Once the new drain lines were re-buried, we hand seeded the area before power seeding the back yard.
